Shipping Policy

Shipping policy



Shipping is Monday-Friday, same day shipping on orders placed before 4pm EST.

You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped with the tracking number.



Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping at $15 for anywhere in the continental US. (Except the following states: ID, MS, NH, SD & DC.)

For orders over $150 we offer free shipping.



International Shipping

We offer international shipping but not for flower or prerolls.

Shipping charges for your international order vary and will be calculated based on weight and volume of items purchased.



Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. JT’s Imperial Hemp is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please note payment will appear on your bill as Data Capture Solutions. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order please contact us at crew@jtsimperialhemp.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.



Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that unfortunately we do not ship to P.O Boxes

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at crew@jtsimperialhemp.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
